EVERY MONDAY MORNING IN JUNE AT 9AM

Nola and Ginger & Juice are teaming up! Throughout June, we will be running a Monday morning Breakfast and Pump class as part of Kelling Home’s Wellness Month at Creake Abbey. Start the day with a full body blast workout followed by a delicious, nutritious breakfast in the surrounds of Creake Abbey.

For those who don’t know, Nola is a fitness hub in South Creake offering amazing fitness classes and PT sessions. Our sessions make exercise fun, exciting, and never boring. Our main goal is to ensure that everyone has a high energy workout whatever their fitness level. Our classes are always tailored to suit every ability. We pump the music loud and have a great time sweating it out together. We are so excited to be bringing this energy to you this June.

After completing your workout, reward yourselves with a delicious seasonal breakfast brought to you by Ginger & Juice. Expect beautiful glass jars of overnight oats, seasonal compotes, creamy yoghurt, and crunchy granola. Alongside fresh veg and zingy fruit juices and a little sweet treat. Our menu will change weekly using the best local, seasonal produce.

A bit about Ginger & Juice, we’re all about seasonal eating! Our seasonal menus are perfect for gatherings or convenient weekday dining. Using the very best local, seasonal produce to deliver delicious dishes all year round. We offer a Home Cook Meal delivery service in North Norfolk but also cater for small gatherings and events and bake celebration cakes. Owner Lucinda trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and just loves creating simple, seasonal dishes for all to enjoy.

Both Nola and Ginger & Juice cannot wait to bring you Breakfast and Pump! Follow us both @gingerandjuice17 and @nola_fitness_hub for further details about the event.
