Join us for a relaxed, informative and interactive session to look at the tools that we need to equip ourselves for navigating the second chapter of our lives.

Together we will look at some simple lifestyle changes that can really support you, whether you are in the midst of menopause symptoms, or you simply would like to ensure that you are fully prepared and well informed.

The goal is that by joining this workshop you will create some new connections, meeting like minded women and sharing experiences. You will leave armed with information to enable you to create new habits and rituals that you can use daily, as part of a healthy routine for your body and mind.
