Arabella Hambro, Nutritionist

Arabella originally trained as a Montessori teacher and after having her two daughters was constantly searching for natural, easy ways to support their health and wellbeing.  This lead her to embark on a 3 year diploma at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.  Now a qualified nutritionist with 7 years of clinical experience she specialises in children and teen health.

Bella Philippi, Leith’s Trained Cook

Bella has worked in catering and travel for over 25 years. Born and raised in Norfolk, she returned with husband in tow to grow children and delve into the counties plentiful supply of fresh seasonal foods. After being asked once again “what’s for supper”, Bella decided to combine the children, the cooking and her creativeness into @whatsforsupperbella. Nutrition and seasonality is at the heart of what she cooks, combined with simpleness, menu planning and getting children involved.

Family Cooking + Nutrition event

We have collaborated for this exciting event at The Creake Abbey café.  We hope you can join us for a family cooking and nutrition event where will be making pesto, granola and frittata and discussing how you can support your families’ nutritional needs.

During this small event registered nutritionist Arabella Hambro (@hambrolifestyle) and Leith’s trained cook Arabella Philippi (@whatsforsupperbella) will talk you through and help you prepare take home family friendly goodies.    There will be a chance to ask any questions on family nutrition, menu planning and food ideas at the end.

Tickets £45 to include recipe cards + goodies to take home.   Limited to 10 places.
