MAYU - TUESDAY POP UPS

MAYU Retreats will be popping up every Tuesday throughout June to offer a selection of their nutritious produce; from cold pressed juices, nutritional shots, summery salads, fermented foods, organic teas, and a selection of savoury muffins, cakes and slices. 

All MAYU produce is created by Pamela Taylor, Registered Nutritionist and Gut Health specialist, and expertly prepared by Kieron Abbott, MAYUs private chef, with nutrition as the firm focus.  Only ever using high quality, often organic, raw ingredients, packed with healthy fats, nutrients, and protein, and never using refined sugars, the MAYU range is as nutritious as it is delicious, with many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. 

MAYU are regulars at the Creake Abbey Farmers Market but with a very busy stand, they don’t always have time to talk with their clients and customers at length. This Tuesday Pop Up will also provide opportunity to talk with Pamela with all your nutrition and gut health questions.
